Damages, Returns, & Refunds
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the order received must be damaged. To start a return, you can contact us at info@optimds.com. DO NOT SHIP anything back to us without first starting a return process. Specific instructions will be given once the return request is accepted. Any order returned without contact will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, all return shipping must be covered by the buyer. A restocking fee of 20%-50% will be kept from final refund amount, depending on the state of the returned order.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The more pictures and videos taken of damages, the faster we can evaluate the situation.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@optimds.com.
Cancellations
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, but has not been shipped yet, a 3%-4% (depending on the merchant used) fee will be kept from final refund amount. No cancellations allowed once the order has been shipped (picked up by shipping agent).
