Chair & Technical Questions
Do you offer installation?
Most of our customers prefer working with technicians they know. Because of this reason, we do not have installation services at the moment. However, we are working towards that.
Is it easy to install the chair?
Typically other dental units come broken apart, and need to be assembled piece by piece in the clinic. This can result in longer times and more complicated steps.
Our chairs on the other hand come fully assembled. They are packed in a wooden crate to assure safe delivery. All that needs to be done is get the air, water, and suction hooked up to your supply lines. In many cases, it can be done by even plumbers.
We also offer tech support during the install.
Do your chairs come with 1 armrest or 2?
Our Genesis chairs can be configured both with 1 armrest or 2, depending on personal preference. You have the option to pick on the product page.
What is the expected lifetime of the chair?
We estimate that with care and regular maintenance, our chairs can last up to 15 years. Our factory has been producing dental units for over 15 years, and until now there have not been any major issues.
How much weight can each chair support?
Our chairs come in 2 main configurations, electric and hydraulic. Our electric chairs are the cost-effect option, whereas our hydraulic are the units able to support much more.
The electric models can support up to 400 lbs. The hydraulic on the other hand has a weight capacity of over 800lbs.
Can some configurations change on the chair?
We understand that everyone has different preferences. We are here to provide chairs and units to work around your needs. We can configure the chair unit in any way that you prefer or need.
Do you have a manual/user guide for the chairs?
User guides and manuals for our chairs are available if needed. Please get in touch with us and we can provide them to you.
What if i need service on one of my chairs in the future?
Currently we don’t have technicians out in the field, but because of the simple design and layout of our chairs, any tech should be able to solve any issue IF it arises.
We are also always here by phone or video call to assist in any way possible.
Shipping & Delivery Questions
How long does your shipping take?
Our chairs are made to order and come directly from the factory. This allows us to cut major overhead costs, passing those savings down to you. Below are the average delivery times.
Average shipping time: 6-8 business days.
Some areas harder to get to might take a little longer.
Do you offer inside delivery or white glove service?
We are proud to say that we offer inside delivery. Please note that we offer this at no extra charge as long as your entrance is wide enough to fit crate.
However, we do not offer white glove on our standard delivery, but we can arrange with an extra fee. We always recommend you use a local moving company.
Will you take my older dental chair? Will you buy them?
Currently, we do not offer such services as removing your old units and/or buying them.
I received my order but there are damages or something missing. What do I do?
Please go ahead and take photos of the damage from different angles so we can determine the best response. If it's possible to take a video, that would be much better. Then, contact us by email with the pictures and videos, and we will respond as soon as possible with next steps.
Pricing & Discount Questions
Do you offer extra discounts?
Our prices are already very competitive and the lowest that can be found on the market. If you are in the market to get 5+ units, please give us a call and we can discuss the amount of discounts we can offer.
How much do your chairs cost?
Our chairs range from $2999 - $3999, depending on the model you prefer. Our chairs can be found here.
How are your prices so low? Are the chairs bad quality?
The chairs are of great quality and almost all the parts are imported. Our factory has been producing chairs for over 15 years, and when used with care, non of our chairs have yet malfunctioned or stopped working. They go through a rigorous quality inspection, from the beginning of production to right before leaving the factory.
Prices are very competitive because the chairs come directly from the factory to your office or clinic. This allows us to cut out very expensive overhead costs and pass big savings down to you.
